ONATUS, the leading software solutions provider for the Turkish manufacturing industry, has completed the integration of FORGE® NXT simulation software into the product development and R&D processes of REPKON A.Ş., which has been offering its experience and expertise in “Free flow forming” to the aerospace industry for more than 40 years. With the commissioning of FORGE® NXT simulation software, the manufacturing steps of a special process such as “Flow Forming” can be simulated in detail by REPKON.

Concept Design Specialist We were in search of a metal forming simulation software solution in order to digitize the “Free Flow Forming” technology in a computer environment and to observe possible manufacturing errors and to implement improvement activities at the early design stage.
